The Halloween tableau is 13” by 13” and 11” high. Each of the bears are 4 1/2” tall and made from long pile fabric. Black glass eyes and black epoxy clay noses. The bears are dressed up for Halloween. Honey bee as wings from felt and feelers from black clay. Bunny and ghost with cape and broom. Their accessories are made from Fimo clay and painted. Tree is made from paper with hand painted oak leaves. Fence is wood and iron wire. The tableau is completely hand-made with model building supplies.

Mad Hatter, mad March hare and little dormouse are all meeting for tea just in time for a very happy unbirthday. Each character is 6.5" (17cm) tall and made from extra long Sassy fur. All have glass eyes, are 5-way disc jointed and stuffed with wool. They wear hand made clothes. The table and chairs were hand made by my father-in-law and painted by my folk art teacher. Each the plates hold foods made from polymer clay,

The Beary Hikers The idea for the Beary Hikers (a play on words from the popular UK TV Show called: The Hairy Bikers) came from my husband, Chris, while we were trekking in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania to raise funds for the World Animal Protection Bear Sanctuary. Each bear is 10" tall, 5-way jointed and made from mohair with felt paws. They are dressed in t-shirts which have been embroidered and wear linen cut-off trousers. They each have leather boots with wooden soles and a rucksack that contains a handmade notebook, miniature bottle of wine, and a map of the area. They also have a copper kettle, sweetie tin and rugged walking sticks plus a rock to sit on.

Washington was inspired by finding the vintage mohair Steiff eagle which was a limited edition of 1500 and made from 1995 until 1999. His wings are fully jointed which enabled him to wrap them around Washington. The vignette is 30.5" tall and Washington is made from Schulte mohair. He is 9.5" tall, has antique boot button eyes and is wearing a pair of handmade dungarees with a handmade felt jacket. They both sit on a American theme vintage drum. OOAK
