9.1 PAPER TEDDY IS BACK! Inspired by the paper fabric Teddy Bears made by Steiff during the war, when mohair was not available. Bear is crocheted paper with a special yarn, which has been altered so only the paper snips between the twisted yarn was left. Paper Teddy is 8 inches tall and fully disk jointed. 9.2 Amelia and her outfit are entirely crocheted without the use of any pattern. She is one-of-a-kind and stands 12.5 inches tall. Her eyes are black glass eyes with needle felted features. Amelia's nose is hand stitched and sealed. She is filled with poly-fiber and some steel shot for a nice feel. Her outfit it crocheted from several high quality yarns: one of them is a soft angora yarn, another is a nice eyelash yarn in subtle pastel shades. 9.3 Erin was crocheted using a pale green and white mohair blend yarn with a metallic thread running through it. She stands 6.25 inches. Erin’s features are embroidered with black floss and she has embroidered eyes and nose which have been sealed and polished for a button-look. Erin is 5-way jointed. Her head is disk and cotter pin jointed. Her arms and legs are thread jointed. Erin is wearing a big white satin ribbon tied in a bow around her neck. 9.4 Pegasus stands 5" tall and is crocheted with a combination of white punch thread and size 80 tatting thread. He is non-jointed, with black onyx beads for eyes and cotton stuffed. His hooves and wings are crocheted with DMC Cebelia size 20, and his mane is also size 20 Cebelia, while his tail is combination of the Cebelia and tatting thread. Phyllis Swanson - USA
